Payment by credit or debit card
We accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as Eurocard. Transactions are handled by our payment provider Klarna which guarantees the safest payment system on the market.
- Once you have designed your door sign, choose debit/credit card as payment method and then proceed to checkout.
- Select the type of card you have (Visa/Mastercard), enter your card number, expiration date and CVV code. The last three digits on the back of the card is your CVV code.
- The bank then performs a verification and checks the card information, as well as confirming that there is a sufficient balance on the account.
- The purchase is made.
Payment via invoice
When choosing invoice as your payment method, an invoice will be enclosed in the delivery with your door sign. An invoicing fee of EUR 2.9 will be added to your order. The credit period is 14 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a late fee of EUR 5 will be charged. We work with Klarna in order to offer our customers a simple and easy way to pay by invoice.
Klarna is a Swedish financial institution registered at Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and operating under the supervision of the Swedish Data Inspection Board.
Receipt / Order confirmation
Once your order is complete, a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. The receipt contains all the information regarding your order and your order number. We recommend you save this for any future contact with us.
The cost for shipping is SEK 39 per order. We dispatch our door signs in padded envelopes directly to your door. We always send our packages by first-class postage, so you will usually have your products the day after they are sent.
We will deliver your door sign to you within a week, usually more quickly. However, longer delivery times are possible time due to unforeseen circumstances at our supplier’s location. Your order is shipped by regular mail and you will receive your package directly in your mailbox. Larger orders are sent to the nearest post office.
If we make a mistake in the delivery or in the engraving, we will reimburse you immediately with a new product as Swedish consumer laws prescribe. Contact us immediately and we will tell you in detail how to send the products back to us. If a product is damaged during transport, contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.
Damages having occurred during transport should also be reported to the Swedish Post Office by telephone (Customer service for private parties, tel. number: 020-23 22 21). Any compensation to be paid will be defrayed by the carrier.
The right to cancel a purchase, the right to an exchange and the right to purchase on approval do not apply to products that are designed according the customer’s own specifications.
For more information, please refer to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005:59), Chapter 2, Article 5. We ask you therefore to be extra careful with spelling and when selecting the material, size and color of your door sign. The door signs are engraved to your exact specifications.
All information you give us is stays with us. We only use it to send your door signs to you or if we need to contact you regarding your order. No information is ever given to a third party.
